Marla Elkins is a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurse Credentialing Center, with almost 20 years of experience. She specializes in treating children, preteens, adolescents, and adults with mental health illnesses using an integrative and personalized plan of care.

  •  I am in-network for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts in Louisiana and Texas Quest Behavioral Health in Louisiana and Texas Aetna in Louisiana and Texas , but I can also provide a superbill for my out-of-network clients and help with reimbursement.   • Self pay - We offer low-cost prices  & membership for individuals and families for a monthly fee. Membership includes primary care and mental health services.

Treatments vary based on individual needs. It may include a combination of different options such as medications, therapy, mindfulness training, and complementary supplements.

Your well-being is important, and it shouldn’t lead to financial burden. We are dedicated to offering care at prices that are more accessible than many others.

Self Pay:

Initial: $200  Follow-Up Visits: $150

​

Membership:

For those over 12 years old: $150 monthly, includes 2 scheduled visits per month (30 minutes each) and 1 quick visit (5-10 minutes).

For those under 12 years old: $100 monthly, includes 2 scheduled visits per month (30 minutes each) and 1 quick visit (5-10 minutes).
